Drake Builds Fans Anticipation for "Take Care"

By 10:01 PM

This weekend, Drake posted three new tracks to his blog, October's Very Own. As usual, Drake dropped the tracks in the middle of the night but they soon began to circulate the Internet as anxious fans downloaded and quickly reviewed. Although it is not for certain and has not been confirmed if the tracks will appear on "Take Care" set for release October 24th, they continue to add to his heightened album buzz.

The three tracks released, "Free Spirit," "Round of Applause," and "Club Paradise" all showcase a different story. Featuring Rick Ross, "Free Spirit" asks for Drake's girl to "tattoo his name," on herself so that she can remember him even when he isn't around. "Round of Applause," featuring Waka Flaka, appears as the "First Lex Luger beat I ever got to rap on...feel like I got seat B60 on Southwest...everybody has gone in before me...but we made it happen!" as stated on his blog. Finally, "Club Paradise," named after the strip club in Toronto, is a rant about the intentions of those that surround him and he continues to find his place in the industry.
